London's original mac and cheese food truck, Anna Mae's was founded by Anna Clark and Tony Solomon in 2010 after a 5,000-mile road trip through the American South, and the pair have been cooking scratch-made mac from their 1986 GMC Vandura, Burt Reynolds, ever since. GQ called it "the best festival food of all time" and The Sunday Times described it as "intensely moreish.
