CARNE was born from a childhood spent between Mexico City and Tijuana, where al pastor on a trompo is a daily fixture rather than a novelty. The menu stays true to the vertical spit technique, with every taco entirely gluten-free, and a selection running from their signature pork ‘al pastor’ taco to their delicious ancho mushroom taco, all served with soft corn tortillas and homemade red salsas.
