Founded in Hereford in 2011 as a small family bakery, Hedonist expanded into festival campsite trading in 2015 and built their operation around TinMan, a solar-powered Land Rover Defender with a built-in espresso machine and a Victron off-grid electrical system. Three Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food sit alongside their listing as one of Glastonbury's regular campsite traders.
