Two brothers with more than 20 years of combined street food experience, Hide & Greek has been one of the most recognisable Greek traders on the UK festival circuit since their 2020 launch. Their pita wraps are built around souvlaki cooked on skewers, stuffed with meat or halloumi, fresh salad and homemade tzatziki, and they are often one of the most popular traders at any festival they visit.
