Nick Hounsfield and Craig Stoddart started Los Churros Amigos in Oxford in 2012 and have since built the operation into two converted trucks running a zero-waste ethos and a five-star hygiene rating. Their churros are made with organic flour, fried in locally produced rapeseed oil and served with thick Belgian chocolate dipping sauce in vegan and classic versions, with appearances at Glastonbury, Goodwood Festival of Speed and Mighty Hoopla.
