Mandala

Mandala is female-powered and makes every dumpling by hand using traditional Himalayan recipes and locally sourced, sustainable produce. The range runs to three varieties: pork and leek, signature beef, and a vegan option wrapped in green dough, plus Himalayan Lunch Boxes served from a custom dumpling truck. They took home Dish of the Year at Togather's 2024 Supplier Awards and were finalists at the British Street Food Awards the same year.
