Claire and Chris have been cooking over fire since their first market stall in Bristol, developing a menu of Middle Eastern fusion wraps made fresh daily from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Open Sesame has appeared at Glastonbury, Latitude, WOMAD, Wilderness, Beautiful Days and End of the Road, with a concept built around classically trained technique applied to fire-cooked kebab wraps made entirely from scratch.
