Rollin Dogs arrived at Old Spitalfields Market in late 2023 with the mission of returning the hot dog to the premium street food canon, where they reckon it belongs. The Sloppy Jim tops a Beechwood smoked sausage in brioche with 12-hour slow-cooked pulled brisket built more on Sunday roast than American BBQ, alongside a classic chili dog and Cajun fries.
