Barney Beauchamp and Callum Stewart started Slice One from a Somerset pub garden during the pandemic in 2021, cooking Neapolitan-style pizzas and growing from there. The dough is made fresh daily by their pizzaiolos, toppings are sourced from local suppliers, and the setup has since become a high-volume festival presence with a neon-lit stall built for atmosphere as much as output.
