Steak it Easy grew out of the same corner of Alexandra Palace that had previously housed the founders' craft beer bars, carrying the same conviction about provenance into a different format. They run 100% grass-fed, Red Tractor certified beef from small UK farms, hung for up to 21 days, served in steak sandwiches and on fries from a vintage vehicle.
