Steve and Claire of Hodge & Huggett launched The Duck Shed in 2016, bringing more than 35 years of combined professional kitchen experience, including stints in New York, to a menu built entirely around slow-roasted pulled duck. Each wrap is assembled from scratch, including favourites such as the Vietnamese with green chilli jam, pickled carrot and Thai basil; the French with grilled Raclette and cornichons.
