Greg Gabriel founded The Mixing Jug in 2014 as a travelling trailer serving 100% traceable Grade A fruit and vegetable smoothies, cold-pressed juices and speciality coffee. The operation has since expanded to permanent venues in Marlow and Henley-on-Thames, and of course the UK’s festival scene.
